It was great to experience the tournament atmosphere at Birmingham University last weekend, the top players in the Midlands were out in force and the sun shone too!
The 16As were runners up in the Cup competition. Thea made a very strong debut for U16s in the morning before Dani returned from u19 duties. Fantastic shooting by Emma and Holly and brilliant play by everyone. A dramatic semi final win couldn’t quite be repeated in the final, just a couple more minutes…
The U13A team turned in a great set of performances at the Birmingham Tournament, playing 12 matches in the day, only narrowly losing the Trophy Final against Little Sutton. The 7 girls fought bravely and displayed some great netball skills throughout the tournament to deliver the second piece of silverware in as many weeks.
Our U15 A team won the BINL Tournament on Sunday. The squad who had no substitutes started the day off slowly, but were fully switched on by the afternoon resulting in a very convincing win in the finals against Parkside. Fantastic achievement
Well done to the U14A team on their superb performance on Sunday in the BINL Tournament. The squad placed in the top four of the Cup after brilliant wins against Lydon Centre, Ryland, G-Force, and Barr Beacon to name a few! Well done to all players
